1.Bloody greetings Forde since Perú! How are you mate? how are you after work with Deer Man Of Dark Woods?
It's fair to say I was pretty tired after filming with Deer Man of Dark Woods. We'd meet up early every day and made sure we got a train to a different city, so we could continue to film as much of his trip as possible whilst he was here.
2.How did this idea of filming a member of a crew as brutal and dark as BA.KU?
The idea was many many years of emails, back and fourth to someone who I could only assume was Deer Man of Dark Woods. I actually started talking to Deer Man of Dark Woods around 2006/2007. Since then, it's been regular communication until one day he must have decided that the U.K. had enough abrupt alters to skate. I'm very honored that I was chosen to document the entire trip.
We tried to film in any surrounding city close to Leicester, which is based directly in the middle of the U.K.
4.In the film, the most destructive place you filmed Deer Man Of Dark Woods?
I'd say, the most abrupt transition was the un-concreted barrier in Coventry. Later that day, our friend Joxa drove us to some steep transition in Bedworth. They're old, red brick transition that reach vertical.
5.which were the sinister tricks that were the most intense in the film?
So many of the tricks Deer Man of Dark Woods did in the upcoming video part where incredible. Doing any trick, on a barrier with concrete is insane, but to do any trick on a barrier with no concrete; now that's unreal.
6.This film that you have made will be part of a physical movie or it will be the video part only of Deer Man Of Dark Woods?
His part will actually be used for the Barrier Kult as well as my upcoming video BAGHEAD3. Before I release the physical video, I aim for one, or two more filming trips with Deer Man. So any online footage you see in the upcoming months is merely a warm up to the video part we've planned to create.
7.Are you stoked with this film? i agree yes! very rad, brutal, sinister and diabolic!
I'm super fucking stoked. I never thought that I'd be filming Deer Man of Dark Woods at some of the U.K.'s most ridiculous spots.
8.It's your first film that makes a skater as murderous as Deer Man Of Dark Woods?
It certainly is. Deer Man of Dark Woods has been skateboarding's most haunting figure for years now and I strongly believe that no one will top that.
A Canada trip followed by the full length release of BAGHEAD3.
10.Thanks for your time in this interview about your work like filmaker of Deer Man Of Dark Woods!
Thank you very much.
